I got hired on while I was a sophomore in college and my manager was extremely flexible with my schedule. I ended up doing the internship and learned more about management and development than I ever could anywhere else. Buckle is an AMAZING company to work for if you have the right boss and floor leaders in place. I know I'll take everything I've learned with me and make the best of it! -I was making just about as much as the MT's working part time. If I had opted for the MT program, I wouldn't have seen much of a difference in pay whatsoever. -The work-life balance is pretty bad too, much like any other retail job. -A lot of work for not a lot of money, enjoy the job for the guest experience! You're better off working at Nordstrom if you want a better paycheck.
