We appreciate your honesty in helping us to shape our organization in the best way possible- we work incredibly hard to maintain a positive and inclusive working environment for all of our staff members to benefit from. As an organization, we strive to provide opportunity for all of our staff members so that they can learn and grow personally and professionally with us. We train all of our managers to cater and be attentive to their staff and their needs to ensure a supportive work environment. To hear that you felt you were treated disrespectfully and undervalued goes against much of our values of what we stand for as an organization.
