Servers* Great pay for "serving food" 100-150 plus a day in tips.... Lots of room for growth, I've seen high school graduates banking 60-70k a year GMs get a BMW lease, I've seen 27-29 year olds reaching that position.. Cooks* Fast paced, long hours, overtime almost everyweek if you're a "good" worker. Hands down, one of the best restaurant atmospheres I've seen... With the right team, its FUN to work there.... Management can suck, its not an easy act to follow when you got dozens of menu items Pay is bad for lazy people, but if you're a hard worker.... you can get good hours here *Again lots of room for growth, my Executive KM was in prison & now making over 100k/year *Ive seen 27-30 year old Executive KMs..... its all on YOU(:
