Vantaggi

Decent Pay for Entry Level Position. A large amount of Personal Days. Co-workers are for the most part easy to work with. The managers are for the most part good people, they just have their hands tied with the upper management.

Svantaggi

Upper Management is more concerned about numbers than their employees. Very strict about bathroom breaks when you're on the phone. The actual product of the Home Delivery Pharmacy often makes mistakes with patient's orders, putting the Customer Service Reps in a tough position on the phone. Policies are always changing without notifying the employees, which makes it hard to keep track of. Upper Management provides no incentives when they force more responsibilities on your plate. They do not adjust your call metrics when you are provided with more responsibilities that make it almost impossible to keep up. Since employees are treated as numbers, the atmosphere in the workplace is less than ideal.

Vantaggi

The Cigna Group overall is a fantastic company to work for! They invest in their employees and do a great job ensuring everyone, in all departments/locations/teams feel as if they matter with the multitude of perks they offer to employees. Many team members were knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely committed to supporting the healthcare industry.

Svantaggi

While employed at Cigna healthcare, I experienced a work environment that often lacked consistent communication, balanced workload distribution, and transparent leadership practices. High-performing employees were frequently expected to absorb additional responsibilities without corresponding support, while shifting expectations and excessive micromanagement created unnecessary stress and instability. Over time, this impacted morale, trust within teams, and overall employee well-being.
