Vantaggi

Great benefits, amazing salary. If you stay in your service line and make friends with the boss, you will get promoted- that doesn't necessarily mean you are the best person for the job, but you will get promoted.

Svantaggi

Moved from one area of company to another and it was like day and night. First area had NO training program to speak of but then the second area had a well developed supportive training group that kept in contact over time to assist me in the transition. While one of the electronic health records was straightforward and offered excellent support, the other eHR was tragic with non-existent in-house support. If you stay in your service line and make friends with the boss, you will get promoted- that doesn't necessarily mean you are the best person for the job, but you will get promoted.

Vantaggi

The Cigna Group overall is a fantastic company to work for! They invest in their employees and do a great job ensuring everyone, in all departments/locations/teams feel as if they matter with the multitude of perks they offer to employees. Many team members were knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely committed to supporting the healthcare industry.

Svantaggi

While employed at Cigna healthcare, I experienced a work environment that often lacked consistent communication, balanced workload distribution, and transparent leadership practices. High-performing employees were frequently expected to absorb additional responsibilities without corresponding support, while shifting expectations and excessive micromanagement created unnecessary stress and instability. Over time, this impacted morale, trust within teams, and overall employee well-being.
