Vantaggi

I have to admit that I actually don't see any pros except that the meals for lunch are not too bad :-)

Svantaggi

Cold atmosphere, the employees are looking stressed and unhappy. I worked as a CSR in this company, my main (or almost only) task was sending emails to the members....No diversity+ every email was corrected (punctuation, dates,..)+ have to reach a certain productivity every month if you don't then you are quiet fast out of the company. You have a training but wasn't good either. The salary is at best average. I would only "recommend" this company if you don't mind working under a lot of pressure and you like repetitive/monotonous tasks. Furthermore, you should have studied languages as 90% of the employees otherwise it is quiet difficult.

Vantaggi

The Cigna Group overall is a fantastic company to work for! They invest in their employees and do a great job ensuring everyone, in all departments/locations/teams feel as if they matter with the multitude of perks they offer to employees. Many team members were knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely committed to supporting the healthcare industry.

Svantaggi

While employed at Cigna healthcare, I experienced a work environment that often lacked consistent communication, balanced workload distribution, and transparent leadership practices. High-performing employees were frequently expected to absorb additional responsibilities without corresponding support, while shifting expectations and excessive micromanagement created unnecessary stress and instability. Over time, this impacted morale, trust within teams, and overall employee well-being.
