Vantaggi

Private bus for you to get to the office since they are located in the middle of nowhere.

Svantaggi

Managers, team leaders etc are chosen only from outside the company so no chance at all to grow inside the company. Also coming from outside they have absolutely no idea of the job what so ever. At least for any of the job you need between 4 and 6 months of training so imagine how helpful they can be. In the meanwhile there are people with 5 or more years of experience getting zero chances to grow. HR has no idea of anybody's jobs and how the company works, not even closely. Also salaries are very low for the job effort they ask for and for every other similar business on the market. Also depending on the position they put pressure on you saying not even so delicately that if you don't get to the expectations you will soon be fired. HR prefer to spend money in useless gifts and very expensive office parties than providing better salaries.

Vantaggi

The Cigna Group overall is a fantastic company to work for! They invest in their employees and do a great job ensuring everyone, in all departments/locations/teams feel as if they matter with the multitude of perks they offer to employees. Many team members were knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely committed to supporting the healthcare industry.

Svantaggi

While employed at Cigna healthcare, I experienced a work environment that often lacked consistent communication, balanced workload distribution, and transparent leadership practices. High-performing employees were frequently expected to absorb additional responsibilities without corresponding support, while shifting expectations and excessive micromanagement created unnecessary stress and instability. Over time, this impacted morale, trust within teams, and overall employee well-being.
