Vantaggi

Good Salary. Good team to work with.

Svantaggi

Current RTO initiative. Collaboration with stakeholders is frustrating - people are too busy for you or don't listen to your expertise in your field. They want what they want when they want it and are often not easily influenced to try evidence-based practices. "The way they've always done it" mentality is a huge issue for this company. They love their in-person and live WebEx events so they can get eyes on them and feel like they're productive and doing something. It doesn't matter if behavior or skills are gained from these events so long as those in charge of the event or speaking at the event get the attention they feel they deserve.

Vantaggi

The Cigna Group overall is a fantastic company to work for! They invest in their employees and do a great job ensuring everyone, in all departments/locations/teams feel as if they matter with the multitude of perks they offer to employees. Many team members were knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely committed to supporting the healthcare industry.

Svantaggi

While employed at Cigna healthcare, I experienced a work environment that often lacked consistent communication, balanced workload distribution, and transparent leadership practices. High-performing employees were frequently expected to absorb additional responsibilities without corresponding support, while shifting expectations and excessive micromanagement created unnecessary stress and instability. Over time, this impacted morale, trust within teams, and overall employee well-being.
