As you will know our US business is still new, only 2 years old, and 2018 was a year of big growth and change for our NY office, which at times has been challenging and stressful. I see you feel I have in the past made inappropriate or uncomfortable comments. This was never my intention to make anyone feel this way, but regardless, I apologise.
