Where do I start? Manipulative bosses, deceptive sales strategies, you name it. You're not allowed to say "work-life balance" when working here. Listing "full-time" as my employment status is a joke, it should say "constant overtime of 60-80 hrs/wk and never seeing family or friends." My boss actually told me while I was working there that he had a great interview with a candidate until the end when they asked about PTO as a benefit, and he deemed that question a "red flag" because he just "takes time off when he needs to." However, employees are not supported in that way. Taking time off doesn't exist.
They will set you up for failure by having your maintenance and sales team be spread so thin that they can't complete the basic workload, and it leads to upset residents. You will not get support in solving problems, even if you're new or in training. There will be a quick, band aid solution that only leads to larger problems down the road.
I was asked to do a zoom call exit interview and responded that I would only answer a written survey as to not be further manipulated by them and then never heard back. They don't actually want to know what is wrong within the company and how it leads to such extraordinarily high turnover in every position. They only want to find excuses for what might have caused each individual to leave. It's embarrassing. I could go on, but I'll leave it at that.
