      Workers are nice. Not much else.

      Management doesn't really care about their people and treats them badly. You get "beaten up" in meetings and in front of people. Nobody looks out for their workers in front of the CEO. Bad decisions and even worse benefits. No work life balance - they act like they "own" you. Very high employee turnover.

      A very supportive team that actively pushes you to reach out to them for guidance.

      Quite bureaucratic, so if you're a person who values autonomy or wants to work to make big, actionable changes, this might not be the place for that. They have established ways of doing things, and this position does not provide a lot of room to think outside the box and do things differently. Salary also isn't great.
