The trainer is nice enough but super short with you. Loses her cool with me a lot. I'm a blunt person outside of work, but when I walk through the door, my customer service persona gets tuned on. You can be nice and kind for 8 hours. When I filled out my training survey, she basically strong armed and guilted me into changing 2 of my answers so it didn't make her look bad. I feel very betrayed. I was also told that I should not try and make friends because everyone has cliques. I also asked management if I could have a better headset because of my hearing loss issues. I was told they'd send one out. Two, almost three weeks later I'm still waiting. I have to honestly say, I feel like a soaked cat in a wet paper sack trying to fight my way out, EVERYDAY. My anxiety is through the roof trying not to make mistakes.

A very supportive team that actively pushes you to reach out to them for guidance.

Quite bureaucratic, so if you're a person who values autonomy or wants to work to make big, actionable changes, this might not be the place for that. They have established ways of doing things, and this position does not provide a lot of room to think outside the box and do things differently. Salary also isn't great.
