The job is selling a product that doesn't do what you tell customers. Basically we charge other small businesses a fee to advertise in google maps. But as you know, you cannot affect the results here by simply 'buying a space'. It's based on locality. And there is nothing you can do to make your business appear if the customer is searching from further away. THATS WHAT THEY SELL! And because these small businesses are not covered by the Consumer Rights Act, they have little to no recourse after being misled into buying a subscription. When they try to cancel, we just keep charging them anyway. The environment is hugely toxic, and I'm not normally one to describe work environments this way as you can never get on with everyone you meet, but this place is something else. I've seen things in that office that I can't write here without the review getting removed.
