Enjoyed the work and the people on my team. Friendly, open hearted and passionate coworkers. Really enjoyed my time there.

While I enjoyed working there overall, the work really ebbs and flows and there were times where there wasn’t much to do.

The Fairness Project has a fantastic work environment and everyone who works there is extremely friendly. They're all very passionate about the work they are doing, and it shows in how hard they work. As an intern, I was treated as an equal, valued just as much as senior management. The collaborative environment makes working here a good learning experience because you get to hear from each department daily, even if your job has nothing to do with another person's. It's a small but devoted group, and anyone would be lucky to work here. They may be just starting out, but they've had nothing but success so far, and I expect them to continue winning campaigns across the United States.

I can't think of any cons except that the workspace allows dogs, so if you're allergic you will sneeze a lot. But this isn't really a con because they are very cute dogs!
