Co- workers are great, The Production team really is bettering their lives. you will meet a handful of people who are loving. If you befriend the right people you can talk your way into a job thats ranked hire. (but if you go somewhere else where they expect you to perform you may suffer)

The building is falling apart The company is bleeding money. Layoffs, then amp up hiring, then layoffs of Admin team. changing the building to the point of now renting a portion of the office. Their eyes are bigger than their stomach and then they pay for it. Building not fit to be an office (electrical and internet issues, low tech equipment), 2 badly working toilets. People are Directors and Execs who have clearly never worked in those positions before. Incredibly underqualified to run a business and it shows. its still fashion so it can get very clique-y They hire based on attitude. Yes its important to be positive in this company, but dont punish people for not fitting within your parameters. Low pay for the industry and location.
