great company loved the meaning and work behind it

smaller company so juggling alot but very manageable

-The mission is noble and you will have a sense of purpose in your professional life. -It's a startup culture so there is a lot of room to grow in your role and gain professional experience. -The people are genuinely great.

-The company is a for-profit business with a non-profit organization mentality which creates conflicting motives. -The mission can be an excuse for everyone to do the work of multiple positions without compensation or recognition. There's room for growth in responsibility but not in position which is a large professional disservice to employees. -Office environment and resources aren't great. -Senior Management is young and inexperienced with poor leadership skills. -There's an alarming amount of current and ongoing turnover.
