The HR organization is led by people more interested in protecting their turf than moving the orgabnization forward. Eventually most strong performers get frustrated by leadership and leave.

Good pay, polite, and environment for advancement

Goals are very un reasonable. They will work you to death. Extremist left wing values are constantly in your face here. Straight and Christian hate are inter woven in all of their policies and speeches etc. As a life long Democrat I even find it distasteful and inappropriate.
