Vantaggi

They offer a good environment, ready to teach and give people the opportunity to move up.

Svantaggi

Dishonest, when I applied for a 'marketing internship' I expected to get just that. Unfortunately, they have you going door to door in attempts to switch from different tv and internet service providers. They also promise you a dollar amount upon being hired, but this job is 100% commission based also being reliant upon you driving up to an hour away from the office every day. Not worth it.

Vantaggi

Literally everyone in the office is awesome including the boss, who is very approachable, unlike most bosses, and always willing to help. The environment is upbeat and the training provided is very thorough. Employees have the potential to learn a lot not just about sales but also can get a good grasp on how a business is run (interviewing, training other people, etc). The boss always has a great attitude and even after a bad day, coming back to the office with the co-workers definitely can bring your spirits back up. Every thursdays there's office nights at a different local place and they're always a lot of fun. There's also pretty cool bonuses and incentives such as office contests and whatnot. Great teamwork environment.

Svantaggi

This can be good or bad, but it's 100% commission. (there is a base+ option but that only benefits if you hit 3 sales that week. If you make 2 or less, or 4 or more, you'll benefit from the 100% option.) You pay for your own gas (unless you hit numbers that 90% of people usually don't hit), and you work about 56 hour weeks (m-s). Advancing to assistant management is definitely an up and down road, as in my experience I've seen people be very close to it one week and the next week have to rebuild their teams. You definitely need to be able to take a hit and get back up multiple times- which is similar to any business but this also involves depending on other people and that they'll stick with you as opposed to your own personal drive.
