Pathetic work culture.No job security.No fixed KRA.People leave the organization every 6 months.Umprofessional managers.Salary deductions in case of small mistakes and instant termination in case of slightly bigger mistakes or delay in work.Latecoming even of 5 minutes is considered as half day and salary is deducted.Stay away friends!This is not the view of one employee but of every employee of Irish.Will know when you join.
