Love the community and employees. Good time off benefits.

Medical benefits are not amazing.

They do attempt to help the homeless population, its a bit of a bait and switch however. They do give a lot of time off however. (which you are forced to used if they decide to close for weather)

Low pay (one of the lowest in the city for nonprofit work) Terrible management Terrible benefits Zero room for advancement.
