- Colleagues are great, good hiring and onboarding. - Unlimited PTO - Believe in the mission

- The organization is not in a great place financially. It is evident based on recent lay offs. - There is a culture of everything gets done last minute. There needs to be more intention in designing and planning programs. Projects are constantly changed as consequence to those areas mentioned above. - The pay is terrible, the original post for the role I applied for had a 10,000 pay range. However they only offered the lowest range possible, and yes I did attempt to negotiate.
