The firm will give a chance to work under the most challenging circumstances, and to be honest, all the above mentioned points will sound meritorious to only those who possess a dynamic personality.

Well you should join this firm, if you are only interested in gaining experience, cause, rewarding you highly for you immense hardwork, isnt really the thing with LMG. Be prepared to encounter inconsistencies with promotions and salaries. You might come across with unfair promotions being awarded to people. The HR is finally a real let down...Trust me i know people who have been working for years, and were denied a mere "SALARY CERTIFICATE", without any reason. And lastly if you guys are working in Dubai, with LMG, well trust me on this that "THEY WILL NEVER EVER GIVE YOU AN NOC".
