Friendly, fun environment with a fantastic mission. Good time off schedule around holidays and family obligations are taken into account. Benefits are fine, but not great. CEO cares deeply about the mission.

CEO is a micromanager who also shows favoritism in hiring and leadership. Friends and family are hired and treated differently from other employees. Favored employees get perks including late start time and ability to work remotely, while others are always required to be in the office early/later than everyone else.
