Best work environment I’ve ever worked in, 20 years out of college!

High salary in nonprofit sector, practices what they preach - clear goals/expectations, lots of feedback and great managers. You get to work with a variety of awesome progressive organizations. Respectful of your personal life while maintaining high expectations. Super smart people! Thoughtfully working on internal equity and inclusion.

Intense expectations - not the place to work if you want to check Facebook or twitter. You gotta bust a** to get your goals met. Open work space, but with some jobs you can work wherever you want. Lots of travel for sone positions.
