Well established medium sized company big enough to support lots of new initiatives but small enough for individuals to be visible and skills recognised. Great company culture - lots of staff oriented events and monthly get togethers. Good office location near shops, cafes, restaurants, gyms and Lake Orr. Well established stable development team of 15 (118 years of MaxSoft development experience in the team plus many more years of development experience gained in other environments). All voices count equally regardless of tenure or experience. Competitive salaries.

Need more developers to make faster progress on projects. No official flexitime but flexible attitude to completing hours and can work remotely when necessary.
