Great environment, get to eat free in the cafeteria, great place to network.great start for interns, very welcoming and great culture, like family.

You get to build relationships with at risk youth and impact their lives in a special way.

You interact with at risk youth which could sometimes be a risk to your own personal safety. Salary is weak as a childcare counselor but I guess it might be just okay for Georgia cost of living.
