-Management always sides with customers. -Management not supportive to their team. - if you don't hurry your call you get in trouble. - very fake "office environment " - management plays favorites. - you are never good enough. - Management will write you a bad review so you can never advance. - not allowed to go to the bathroom unless on a break. But you can't go to break if it's busy. Which is all the time because it's understaffed.
