Could not have picked a better place to call home! NPD Canada is a great place to work and grow. There is a culture of teamwork and it's truly a collaborative environment. The interview process is long and tedious, but because they are meticulous about bringing aboard ppl who will fit the team for the long haul - ppl they can groom for growth from within if they choose. There is great communication from the top down, a mutual respect between bosses and employees, an excellent on-boarding and training process and above all - extremely interesting work! NPD has a great reputation globally as well. Salary is competitive to industry (check the salaries on Glassdoor and you will see) and vacation time is above average.

Work load can often be challenging and requires very good time management and overtime. If you are client facing, managing multiple deliverables at once can be quite sstressful.
