Horrible company - Recensione dipendente - Senior Software Engineer presso The Perfect Future

I have worked for slightly more than 3 years and had a great experience working there. The team is friendly and people smart. We got to work on a really complex domain that was difficult to understand and that added to the challenge and excitement. All team members were given direct access to the client and could speak freely with their team. This is unheard of in IT companies in India! The other things I liked about this company (1) organized offsites for the entire company (2) Gave pay raise even when the customer was cutting down on the margins (3) Informal culture with flexible timings (people took advantage of it as well!) (4) Management is approachable with open door policy

Need to more strict about policies. I saw team members take undue advantage of it.

I started my career here (did a short job before joining) and have been here ever since. I like the company and its people. There is work to be done and lots of technologies to learn from. I learnt lot about open source and microsoft technologies. If I had to do this again in my career I would do it without thinking. Good place to sharpen your tech skills - they have built technology for all the leading brands. Its a product based company - moved from consulting to products and this is the other reason I work here.

Focus is more on technology than selling the technology. This should change to make the company better.
