      There are none unless you are in a brand new studio. Some studios take a little bit longer to grow so it can e difficult to stay motivated, but it is well worth it and a great opportunity to work on your own growth to make more money while it builds up.

      I work with a truly amazing team. I feel like the company values are in line with my own. I think the executive team is innovative; I also feel they truly listen to individual team members and take into account their experience when making decisions.
