We invest in marketing to increase our personal trainer’s clientele and ultimately help change more lives! Although, we provide our employees a Staff Referral bonus if you refer in your own clientele. We find that our staff members, including managers, stay with us much longer than other companies in our industry. We’re very proud our turnover rate is well below the industry standard.
