      The Perfect Workout offers an incredibly supportive community of trainers. To become a personal trainer, you go through a thorough certification process with guidance at every step of the way to help you with any questions/concerns. The management team, personal trainers and members are a joy to work with, and the pay is also great for an entry level position! There are also plenty of opportunities to grow as a personal trainer and potentially earn more. This job offers great work-life balance and fairly flexible hours. Overall this gym is always a good environment to work at and they take covid precautions seriously.

      Limited hours at some studios since the pandemic but they will probably open up more soon!

      I work with a truly amazing team. I feel like the company values are in line with my own. I think the executive team is innovative; I also feel they truly listen to individual team members and take into account their experience when making decisions.
