      Can make a lot of money but not by just Training, you have to be a sales whackjob, thennnn you open doors for bonuses, higher pay, etc but quarterly based.

      No breaks when the managers make your schedule unless you are at a weak studio and have just a few clients. Forget about the bathroom and meals until you clock out. for months, half my income is minimum wage. literally could be moping and taking the trash out in peace while making more money with zero stress. Most of the company spends more money on their little vacations than a trainer can make in 6 months... the trainers make a small fraction of each session trained, the 3/4 of the rest of the paid money goes to the management who don't train or sell packages.

      Thank you for your feedback. As a sales and service-based company, we pay our trainers based on their performance and offer many avenues for trainers to increase their income.       I work with a truly amazing team. I feel like the company values are in line with my own. I think the executive team is innovative; I also feel they truly listen to individual team members and take into account their experience when making decisions.
