      Teamwork is top notch. Being able to change members lives for the better with our services. Using the same workout method as members and seeing great improvements personally in health and fitness. Support system for growth personally and professionally. Management that cares about people, their employees and their members. They walk the walk. It's a continuously growing and improving business, they learn and grow not staying stagnant. Best job I've ever had and plan on staying around a long time. Passionate people helping others live happier healthier lives can't beat it.

      Any cons that were here have improved in the years I've been here. Compensation is better, the right people are in the right positions. Con might be not getting 40 hours, but you can make up for it with other growth in compensation available or moving to management roles.

      I work with a truly amazing team. I feel like the company values are in line with my own. I think the executive team is innovative; I also feel they truly listen to individual team members and take into account their experience when making decisions.
