Ever since I joined the company, I have become more confident and proficient in teaching and it’s all thanks to the weekly mentorship and monthly trainings. The skills modules are also useful in equipping us the necessary skills to be a proficient educator and also tips on how to take care of our own well-being especially our voice! - Supportive colleagues! I am where I am today because of the support and encouragement from my colleagues! Thanks to them, I have become more confident in myself and am willing to take up more responsibilities which I previously have little confidence in - Free lunch during weekends and on workshop days!

      As an ex-MOE trained Science teacher of more than 25 years, I find that the system is too rigid in hiring new teachers. It seems to overlook senior or experienced educators in their 50s, even though many are MOE-trained and well-qualified.

      The work booklets exhibit several errors in their answer keys. For instance, in the 'Web of Life' (OEQ) booklet, the answers fail to clearly articulate the claims made in the earlier segments of the same question. This inconsistency suggests that the answer key may not meet the expected rigor. As a concerned parent, I find it troubling that the tuition center charges high fees while providing a curriculum that raises questions about its quality and reliability.
