      I enjoy the work I do. You will always be busy. There is never a dull moment. The partners have impressive drive, ambition and vision.

      They do not believe in yearly reviews. Or commission. Or raises. Turnover here is VERY high. Since it is a small business, rules and expectations can change quickly and rather dramatically. Then they can change back again.
