      The few pros I can think of is that at the end of the day, everyone is super nice and welcoming to the team, everyone does check in with you which is very appreciated. You have the option of working inn person and virtually as well.

      The Professional Tree Care company seems like anything but professional, throughout my whole employment it's been difficult to talk to anyone regarding my tasks. I felt like my position was not as important and they simply were too busy to keep me on at an employee. The company culture is far from the best as well, I would refrain from working in this company.

      - Benefits - Easy Parking

      - Not the best leadership, CEO is hardly ever around and does not have the best decision making when its comes to the heart of the company. - No Training (you're going to get instruction but with no sense of real direction) - Upper Management is also not ideal. - I only had one Raise in span of working here. - High turn around with employees - Not sure what a strategic assistant to the CEO is good for.
