I believe Quell has been an excellent company to work for because you get the opportunity to develop your career and immerse yourself in many facets of branding, marketing and digital. The onboarding process is extremely comprehensive. You gain experience working for different industries and solving various marketing challenges. Clients respect the agency and maintain long tenures with them. Management is exceptionally knowledgeable and pushes employees to elevate their work and skill set, and I learned a lot. The company environment was highly collaborative and centered around delighting the client. The work was very satisfying, and I enjoyed my journey at Quell.
