      4 Day work week was a huge selling point, which I sorely miss. Good interaction between departments. Great benefits, good salary. Felt like most supervisors/managers cared and valued people. Training and education opportunities offered. Recognition and appreciation given when due.

      A lot of emphasis on billable hours, which made it very stressful during slow periods. Raises very small.

      RBA was a great place to work with a warm and open office culture. One of RBAs greatest assets is its people. Everyone at the office works hard, is intelligent, and the people are very enjoyable to work with. They have a four-day workweek, which is a huge benefit, and any extra time in the office is paid through overtime. The managers are very easy going and knowledgeable and give you autonomy as long as you get your work done. RBA also has an outstanding softball team. Overall I would recommend working here.

      The work can get repetitive but management does a great job of going after new and interesting work.
