Subsidized lunches, good people, it's asking for five but there's only really two.

They do not care about their employees, only how much they can take advantage of them for as little money as they can get away with. They did not close their NJ facility down during the pandemic despite luxury clothing not being a necessity. They literally give social distancing "trainings" from the comfort of their homes. The management is always changing and no one is ever on the same page. Also, they will not treat you like an adult. You can't shoot a quick text on the floor and they recently changed to a strict attendance policy that docks employees via point system for calling out or leaving two minutes early. They also require unrealistic quotas - expect you to carefully and accurately identify fake items in under 3 minutes while still making their unreasonably high goals.

Extremely high sales quotas that are difficult to consistently achieve, paired with limited compensation upside even when goals are met. The organization feels top-heavy, with too many layers of management relative to the field team, which creates inefficiencies and slows decision-making. Management style can feel overly micromanaged and at times more focused on process and tone than actual business growth or performance metrics. There is limited perceived career growth, and compensation does not scale meaningfully with experience or performance. Overall morale among the sales team is low, and employee concerns around workload, pay, and structure do not always feel addressed in a meaningful way.
