Awful Organization - Recensione dipendente - Direct Support Professional (DSP) presso The Resource Center

TRC has completely lost track of their values and mission. They only care about their bottom line and have made it abundantly clear over the years just how little they care about their staff resulting in the overall care of residents. They cut cost and corners where they can and have zero accountability. Individuals can dedicate their life to the organization, be over worked, paid very little, beg for resources as well as support and upper management chooses to retaliate, discipline, harass, and abuse what little quality staff they have left. They will throw a training in your face to mask concerns rather than make quality change at the root of the issue. Anyone who voices concern or idiosyncrasies is immediately bullied and silenced. They've lowered their hiring requirements in efforts to get “bodies” resulting in little to no care of of the type of service that is provided to their residents. It is incredibly sad to see a company of this size and caliber disrespect anyone who is not directly lining the pockets of their executive team.
