Company is just too small and too few resources to actually do much of anything. It’s actually kind of amazing that anything really gets done at all given that the left hand doesn’t even know what the right hand looks like. Poor management fortified with even worse attention to detail and process. Fear tactics seem to be a way of life for these people and the practice of shaming and micromanagement bread disease within the ranks. Surprising that this company has been around for so long as well since it seems to be run like a startup, but even less effective!
