Paid medical, dental, life & AD&D insurance. The owner/boss is an amazing individual. He is caring, generous and tries very hard to make it a great place to work at. He is one of the best owners I have ever worked for. Free lunch on occasions. Casual Friday. The business is growing, and I believe it will continue to be successful.

People related to management make more even if they aren't qualified, and are allowed to majorly slack off, arrive late and shop online instead of work. People that are friends of management are treated differently. Departments with related individuals are better staffed than others and favored over others.
