Great Company to work for.

No issues. We pulled together during covid.

This place is a good starting ground for new grads, whether CNAs or nurses. The staff is accommodating, nice, and educated, and most of them already have years of experience. They are more than welcome to train you. When you are already working on the floor, you'll feel that there is an exceptional team effort. Staff ensure that you are comfortable with your skills and that you can always turn to them for assistance. Also, there is a free meal on all shifts, a clean facility, and very sweet patients and staff.

lots of call offs without relievers; when somebody calls off for the next shift, good luck because most likely you will end up either doing a double shift, or short-staffed since they would threaten you of abandonment since management is sound asleep. If there is an issue regarding a patient's concern about the management, they would not respond and let you handle the situation even if it is out of your scope anymore. They do not care about the acuity; they only care about the money they get. No appreciation towards staff, they think you are robots with no lives outside of work. Forcing you to pick up shifts, mandating you to work double shifts, harassing you to come to work on your days off...
