1.Genius (CBS) project is superb but but the leaders of this project have zero knowledge about technical. 2.They will give you the unrealistic deadline 3.When you start the development they will never clear all functionality of given module after completing the module they will suggest all the changes and you will never complete the module on time. 4.If you miss the deadline your last day of working is anyday after that. 5.After that your life will hell.
