This firm is home to remarkable individuals, from the attorneys to the support staff, all of whom are exceptional. The benefits are solid, and the generous time off is a significant perk. The ability to work remotely often compensates for other shortcomings. Although pay and bonuses may not be very competitive when you start, they can become more reasonable over time.

The workload is overwhelming and often feels unbearable for one person. Management does support you when you need help. They just continue to pile on the load. It can feel like a sweatshop with the relentless amount of work. HR is not supportive of support staff, and addressing issues with your attorney is challenging since they are also overwhelmed and exhausted, leaving them with little time or energy to listen or care about your concerns.
