Although the team was small, the hours were able to go by because of the great people who worked there. I was able to gain good experience and actually worked on client requests.

I don't have any cons except that sometimes the days were slow, but that's to be expected.

I got to work on fairly fun projects and learn about social media management. I love creating designs and working in visuals.

Terribly managed. It's a team full of unpaid interns and very fast turnover on staff. Management clearly does not value team members and takes advantage of people looking for experience.
