- If you're not a person who's always in the MP's faces, good luck with advancing. - Pay/Salary is laughable and very low for the areas of the offices. - Past due invoices. - They have slowly been taking away the perks they used to offer and would either not tell employees til after the fact, or send a last minute email telling all about the change. - Nepotism and favoritism runs rampant. And in such a small firm that touts it's friendliness and family-like mentality, it's hard to ignore. - Drop a ton of money on equity jobs, start up businesses for their family members and mergers, with employees not seeing much return. - Contradicting mentality when telling the employees about the great new directions and how successful the company is being and listing events the CEO & MP's have been attending, while they give poor reasons for no raises, and that they are taking away one perk because of workload size while letting people go. - Haven't been replacing employees that left or were let go and instead put the workload on remaining employees. They've been keeping their head barely above water the past few years and it's becoming more obvious that they're failing.

I learned a lot of fundamental skills. A little bit of everything, from all facets of the agency. I learned from a lot of pros in the business; met and have kept in touch with a lot of fantastic mentors, friends and co-workers. Learned how to function and perform well in a quick-turnaround environment. My toolbox is full from my years here.

Quick-turnarounds became the everyday norm. Miracles were often expected, not applauded. Co-workers left, were laid-off, or were fired, and one was expected to take on their work load- no matter how well you performed, no recognition was ever given, no reward given, no increase in pay. Reward was always more work. If you were good at your job, you got to take on larger workloads, while those who were problematic to work with, got to coast with easy clients, decreased hours, part-time, etc.
