      With the opening of the new office location, the Calgary Team is ready to take on the Alberta slowdown and clear the way for New, Productive and Exciting opportunities. This shift in business culture and the renewed spirit of it's employees to succeed, will be quite the experience.

      The last few years have been a struggle for State Calgary; since the "departure". When an internal issue drives away employees and respective business partners, a hard internal look is required to rebound correctly. State has taken a long time to review the errors of the past and clean slate the vision. This has lead to low moral.

      In the two years I've been with TSG so far their culture has consistently blown me away. They live the values they preach. Almost everyone I have come into contact with is helpful, willing to teach, give insight, and are so incredibly open and accepting. This company has given me so many opportunities for growth and advancement as well as a place I can comfortably be myself and enjoy coming to work every day! They are truly here for their team and are on a path to continue to keep that focus in mind as they grow.

      A lot of processes are still manual, but the company is taking large steps this year to change that! They are constantly working on improving and are open to ideas and suggestions on how to make things better!
