Many cultural practices exist here that simply don't exist at other similarly sized agencies. I enjoyed my time here much more than other larger agencies because I was empowered to make decisions that effected our processes as a organizational level. I felt trusted to do my job and loved the people I worked with.

Agency life is hectic. Work life balance can be a challenge, but this is indicative of the industry as a whole, and not The Summit Group specifically. This lifestyle is challenging and exciting for many, but this is not a place for folks who just want to be a cog in a wheel. If you want to be moving fast and effect change on a company wide scale, then this is the place for you. If you want to have a laid-back 9-5 (which is fine if that's your style), then you likely won't be happy here, or at any other agency for that matter.
